Role Description
This is a full-time role (£25,000-£30,000) for a Social Media Manager at DAYMADE. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing DAYMADE’s social media presence and creating engaging content in tune with the culture. This is a hybrid role that is based in London, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be given growth & engagement KPI’s (during probation period and beyond) to measure progress.

Responsibilities
Create world class, creative and highly entertaining organic content for DAYMADE’s social channels.
Keep your finger on the pulse by using your knowledge of news & culture to identifying opportunities to join the conversation, as appropriate.
Strong community management – know how and when to interact with our audience.
Report weekly on performance across all social channels, providing & actioning recommendations on what we can do more of, and what we can do less of.
Work closely with the broader Marketing team to align on messaging and business support.
Know what’s going on in the latest social media trends, identifying opportunities to grow DAYMADE’s social media presence.

Qualifications Required

2+ years experience working in social media in an agency, brand, or media house.
Demonstrated social media output across key channels – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Excellent copywriting skills.
Highly creative with an eye for design and strong attention to detail.
Highly collaborative and an excellent team player.
Analytical mindset with an instinct for identifying trends on social.
Must have a right to work in the UK
