Our story
After graduating from university, Taylor saw how difficult it could be for talented young people to get their first opportunity. Time and time again, applications went unanswered, opportunities required experience that many simply hadn't had the chance to gain, and potential was often overlooked.
It wasn't just his experience. Friends, classmates and other young people around him were facing the same barriers.
That raised a simple question: What if employers could see the person behind the CV?
Together We Succeed was created to bridge that gap by giving employers direct access to ambitious early career talent, while giving young people a platform to showcase their skills, aspirations and potential.
