Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The candidate will report with the MD.

Please keep in mind this role is commission based.


Identify and execute partnership opportunities for the business.

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand

maintain existing business.

Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Pipeline management –Build sales pipeline, develop, and implement sales activity plans across the period and year.

Make sales calls to new customers and make customer appointments.

Form strong business relationships with customers, branch personnel, support functions, and peers across the business.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and management information as required.

Create and deliver presentations.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Focused and goal-oriented.

Keep in mind this is a commission role. This will be discussed during the interview process.
