Job Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Apprentice, you will play a critical role in connecting with and expanding our community. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for mental health, well-being, and are drawn to the transformative power of surf therapy.

You will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and following up on sales leads, all while upholding our brand’s mission and values.

Core Responsibilities:

– Social Media Management: Oversee the daily management of our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our audience
– Content Creation: Develop compelling content that addresses the needs and issues our audience faces, driving engagement and fostering community
– Engagement: Actively engage with accounts, responding to comments and messages, to build relationships and promote our brand
– Network Growth: Utilise social media and other marketing strategies to expand our network of clients and clinicians, contributing to the overall growth of the brand
– Sales Lead Follow-Up: Identify and follow up on sales leads, ensuring potential clients are engaged and informed about our offerings
– Email Automation: Oversee and ensure that email automation processes are up-to-date, facilitating efficient and effective communication

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 16 months

Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
