Job Description

This is a PART-TIME remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various sales and marketing activities. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, assisting with lead generation, participating in customer service activities, supporting sales management efforts, and assisting in training initiatives.

Note: This is a unpaid 6-month role. No experience is required, however we need someone who is flexible and has qualifications or experience in Marketing/ Sales. The internship opportunity is unpaid with the aim to support concrete parts of the business whilst providing you the space to develop and nurture your skills in the world of consulting.

Qualifications Required

Desirable a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Additional Skills and Qualities required

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from the company's consulting or training services.Utilize various strategies like cold calling, email marketing, attending industry events, and networking to generate leads.
Digital Marketing: Assisting with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
Sales Cycle Management and Reporting: Track sales opportunities through the sales funnel and manage the sales cycle efficiently. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare reports on sales performance, including metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and lead generation sources.
Marketing Research: Conducting research and competitor analysis to inform digital marketing strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients by building trust and rapport.Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase the company's expertise and how their services address the client's specific needs.
Event Coordination: Support event planning and execution for in-person and virtual events such as conferences, roundtables, meetups, webinars and more.
Marketing Channels Management: Assisting with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Content Creation Support: Creating and editing content for digital marketing collateral, such as blog posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
SEO Optimisation: Assisting with website updates and optimization to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Providing support to team members on digital marketing-related tasks
Participating in team meetings and collaborating on project planning and execution
