Together We Succeed – Candidate Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to individuals ("Candidates", "You", "Your") who create an account or use the Together We Succeed platform ("Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Together We Succeed is an early-career talent access platform.

We provide Candidates with the ability to create a profile, be visible to organisations, and engage directly with employers, Talent Acquisition teams, and programme leads.

Together We Succeed is not a recruitment agency and does not place Candidates into jobs.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is designed for individuals aged 16–25.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. No Guarantee of Opportunities

Creating a profile does not guarantee:

Job offers
Interviews
Programme placements
Contact from employers

All opportunities and outcomes are employer-led.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
Communicating honestly and professionally with organisations
Attending interviews or commitments you agree to
Complying with applicable laws and platform rules

Misrepresentation of experience, qualifications, or availability may result in account suspension.

5. Communications

Employers may contact you through the Platform.

You may choose to continue communication outside of the Platform.

Together We Succeed does not control, moderate, or participate in communications once initiated.

6. Profile Visibility

You control your profile visibility and engagement preferences.

You may update or disable your profile at any time.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Employers may access your data only for legitimate hiring or programme-related purposes.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to solicit payment from employers
Share or misuse employer data

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Breach these Terms
Misuse the Platform
Engage in unlawful or inappropriate behaviour

Termination may occur without notice in serious cases.

10. Fees

The Platform is free for Candidates.

We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with clear notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Together We Succeed is not liable for:

Employer decisions or behaviour
Outcomes of applications or conversations
Loss of opportunities or earnings
External communications or arrangements

Use of the Platform is at your own discretion.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Together We Succeed – Employer & Talent Acquisition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Together We Succeed platform ("Platform") by Employers, Talent Acquisition teams, Programme and Cohort teams ("Organisations", "You", "Your"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose and Nature of Service

Together We Succeed provides access to an online platform that enables Organisations to view early-career talent profiles and, where applicable, post job vacancies.

Together We Succeed is not a recruitment agency, employment business, or intermediary. We do not source, screen, recommend, shortlist, interview, or place candidates.

2. Access-Only Model

All products sold by Together We Succeed are access-based and time-limited.

We do not sell outcomes, placements, hires, or guarantees.

There is no cap on outcomes; however, all outcomes are entirely employer-led and dependent on how the Platform is used.

3. Employer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All hiring decisions and communications
Candidate screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection
Compliance with employment law, safeguarding, equality, and data protection obligations
Ensuring job descriptions, outreach, and communications are accurate and lawful

Together We Succeed has no responsibility for employer decision-making or outcomes.

4. Job Posting Rules

Job postings are pay-per-post and time-limited.

Once a job expires, it is removed from public view.

Expired roles must be repurchased to be reposted or extended.

Programme, cohort, or initiative opportunities may not be posted publicly unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Talent Acquisition & Programme Access

Talent Acquisition and Programme access is browse-only unless otherwise stated.

TA and Programme users may directly contact candidates and move them into internal hiring or selection processes.

Together We Succeed does not manage applications or selection on your behalf.

6. Communications

Initial messaging may occur via the Platform.

Organisations may continue communication outside of the Platform at their discretion.

Together We Succeed does not monitor, moderate, or control communications once initiated.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

You agree to process candidate data lawfully and in accordance with UK GDPR.

Candidate data may only be used for legitimate hiring, sourcing, or programme-related purposes.

Data scraping, resale, or misuse of candidate information is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Use and Access

Accounts are issued to Organisations and may be used by authorised representatives only.

Sharing login details outside your Organisation is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.

9. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All fees are payable upfront.

Fees are non-refundable once access has commenced, except where required by law.

Together We Succeed reserves the right to amend pricing with notice.
